今回のProductは国産のコットン100％のボディを使用し、縫製は自分たちの地元の隣町桐生にて一枚一枚仕立ててもらいました。
刺繍は、同じく桐生で長く手仕事を続ける刺繍職人による手刺繍。
機械では出せない歪みや揺らぎが、そのまま表情として残っています。
大量生産では無い、人の手を感じられる1着が作れたと思ってます。

またディティール面では身幅と袖幅にゆとりを持たせることで、ニットやスウェットの上からも無理なくレイヤードできる設計にしています。
シルエットを崩すことなく、スタイリングの幅を広げてくれる一着です。

また今回のProductではストーンバイオ加工を施してます。
ストーンバイオ加工とは製品と軽石を加工釜に投入して30分から1時間程度洗いをかけます。その際にバイオ剤という酵素の力で繊維を瘦せさせる効果のある薬剤も一緒に添加します。
ストーンバイオ加工により生地表面に程よい擦れや傷がつき、石による摩擦と酵素による分解の組み合わせで、均一ではない自然な色落ちを演出します。
また、使用する軽石は火山岩から生成されたものを使用しています。

This product is made from 100% Japanese cotton, with each piece carefully sewn in Kiryu, the neighboring town to our hometown.
The embroidery is hand-stitched by a long-established artisan in Kiryu, leaving subtle irregularities and natural fluctuations that machines cannot replicate—an expression of true craftsmanship.
The relaxed body and sleeve width allow for easy layering over knits or sweatshirts, expanding styling options without compromising the silhouette.
A stone bio wash is applied to the garment, washing it with volcanic pumice stones and enzymes.
This process creates gentle abrasion and a naturally uneven fade, giving the fabric depth and character unique to each piece.
